PC Troubleshooting and Repair

If your computer(s) are slow to start up, or simply slow all the time - every time, we can help optimise them to their full potential, issue upgrades or repair. We give your computer(s) a health check and find out the problem, keeping you updated every step of the way. While our head is under the bonnet, we can offer a list of suppliers or order in any new equipment you may prefer over your old machine(s).

Quality Assurance and Testing

We practice both waterfall and agile testing methodologies. We set and follow standards (such as Internet standards) as good practice but we are not limited to them. We follow the key principal that quality is determined by the intended users, clients or customers and not by an external standard.

We perform the vast majority of our testing with test cases, plans and runs manually but we have used and can use automated testing if you prefer. However, we value manual testing more highly than automation as emulations or automated testing can cover a lot of ground quickly it does not compare to the quality of manual testing.

Design of Corporate Image

Whether you are setting up a new business, promoting an existing one or need to get your own name out there we can design an attractive and professional image for you. We deal with logos we can apply themes and whole company branding, dealing right down to producing letterheads, business cards, flyers, leaflets or complement slips.

If you prefer we can port or make improvements on an existing design or concept you are already happy with.

Picture and Model Editing

Custom desktop and website icons/images are very popular. We can deal with an existing image or a piece from your own concept art to create a new picture or model.
